Arrangement of Permanent Residency Permit
Client: Local top manager, time overloaded
Needs: extension of residency permit
Standard procedure: In dealing with the residence permit it is necessary to obtain and fill out the required forms while mustering the patience to wait in the queue in the government office where you have to first submit the completed documents and then, after a certain time, to pick them up.
Concierge Management procedures are as follows: Our assistant will prepare the necessary documents for the client during a short personal meeting, and will complete and submit the documents to the relevant government offices. The client will receive notification of when and where to pick up the completed paperwork. The assistant will inform the client of the best time to pick up the completed form (eg, When the government office will be least busy). Completed documents have to be picked up by the client personally (personal collection at the office is necessary). The client is chauffeured to the office by an English speaking driver and assistant.

Replacing tires
Client: Foreign expatriates living in the CR, lack of time, lack of market knowledge, low Czech Language skills.
Needs: purchase and replacement of tires according to seasonal needs, and tire storage.
Standard procedure: seasonal exchange of tires means ensuring not only the correct type of tire according to the technical data on the card, but also tire storage at a good price without unnecessary waiting time.
All of these services are taken care of by Concierge Management: After prior agreement and approval regarding the type of tires, Concierge Management will ensure the purchase of new seasonal tires and our personal assistant will come according to the clients preferences at an agreed location and at an agreed time to pick up the vehicle. After the tires have been changed our assistant will deliver the vehicle and a warehouse receipt.

Protecting building professional security agency
Client: Foreign expatriate living in the CR, lack of time, lack of market knowledge, low level of Czech language.
Needs: Ongoing security for the client’s residence.
General procedure: Renting an apartment or house brings the need for insurance as well as security. The client should know his requirements exactly, then to find a company that can secure the protection of the building. The client must then negotiate all technical and commercial conditions, be present during the complete installation process, and communicate all his needs in Czech language. Not simple.
Concierge Management can provide: the initial consultation requirements, design solutions to different scenarios and their alternatives, agree technical and commercial terms with the contractor after approval by the client followed by the selection date of installation and connection in the presence of our assistant. All communication, billing, service changes are through Concierge Management. The client only ever has to interface with Concierge Management.
